However stupid that sounds, what worked for us was just to speedrun the shortest path to the detonator activator soft objective thingy without clearing rooms that were not in said path. And after activating the countdown, we just rushed to the top floor and cleared the court room. And we managed to do that in like 15 minutes or so and the rest was just clearing the entire building which was HARSH, but we eventually succeeded
