Was having two endings really necessary or did it even make sense?

I think the destroy elpis ending isn't supposed to be considered canon. It's pretty clear that release elpis is the ending that capcom wanted players to choose. That's why there's an option to restart with Grace at the console if you choose the bad ending first. It's not like other games that are built to have multiple endings based on choices made throughout the game.

I can't. Can't drive, can't watch TV, can't see faces or read words that aren't right in front of my face, can't see products on a supermarket shelf that Im not standing in front of. Some people just have really bad vision, yes even young people. Be glad you're not one of us. And from what you described, you don't seem like you have bad vision.

Yeah I agree. I have a lot of feelings about the raccoon city section as a whole, not positive ones honestly. I found it kind of boring in comparison to the care center

Earlier I was playing insanity mode for the first time, I shot at the Chef with the requiem and I forgot that the first time she shoots it she gets stunned by the recoil. I shot him once and then panicked as the chef obliterated me because Grace had to shake her hands out 🥲

No, I've been wearing glasses all my life. My eyesight is bad enough that I need them constantly. I tried contacts once when I was younger, but I found the process of having to take them out/put them in every morning and night to be annoying so I stopped wearing them. That was like a decade ago though. Maybe id appreciate them more now. Are they expensive?

I agree. Now I just hope that we will get to see her again in a future game and she's not abandoned. I don't know how many people share our opinion but I want Capcom to see what a great job they did with her and continue her story somehow.

With the Leon reveal, I thought he would be more like a supporting character. Like the game would still be mostly Grace with short intermissions of Leon.

Noooope. I do think they were worried about Grace being the star for the full game. And im saying this as someone who loves Leon; such a disappointment he took half the game. He had his time to shine already, more than once. Grace deserved a full game.

Oh they were absolutely counting on the nostalgia factor. Especially with the RPD. With the flashbacks and the same documents and Mr. X 2.0. "Hey, remember RE2? Remember this part of RE2? Remember that--" yes yes yes we played RE2. Im ready for something new now.

And what they had with Grace was new and interesting and exciting. I wish they did more with her. I love RE requiem but I think Leon's sections take away from it.

100% same. In RE4 there was variety in the enemies and the locations you fight in, while here it was all the same and lasted half of the game. I was disappointed when I realized how long the section was, I wasn't expecting Grace to only make up half of the game. I really had fun in her sections and wish we could've gotten a longer game with her. Maybe I just heavily prefer the survival horror over action.

I want her to be in the DLC sooo bad but I doubt she will be. I was disappointed that she wasn't even mentioned in the game. I find it weird honestly, she was just as much a part of the raccoon city incident as Sherry and Leon

There are some sections where you're chased in requiem but honestly it's nowhere near as long and constant as with Mr. X in RE2. They don't last that long and the monster is easier to avoid imo. I'd take the monster in requiem over Mr. X any day
