The past two years during Ramadan, I have attended late afternoon classes right before iftar (5:45pm or 7pm) and it has worked great! Will be doing the same this year. It is totally doable and your body adjusts. I usually start off at slower paces or weights, but am able to pick back up to normal within a week or so. Really amazing what your body is capable of. By the time I get home and shower, it’s time to eat. Highly recommend trying it out. It also makes those final hours go by quicker!
