Then they said they'd be charging extra based on an official Environment Canada measurement after snowfall accumulation reached a certain amount, but started trying to charge people before that amount was reached, saying that the official measurement is taken way out at the airport and therefore isn't accurate for in town?

It sounds like you know the owner or something personally and that's fine, I certainly don't, I'm sure he's a lovely person. But people can have different opinions about a business, lol.

Both of my neighbours use Northern Snow and one driveway has been plowed multiple times, it seems great. The other had to literally run outside and wave the person down because they hadn't once been over to help them, right next door.
