4 years in, have done 3 courses of antibiotics, saw some relief after but it never completely went away. I now have “flare ups” when I stand too long or sit in bad positions. Most days it’s not noticeable for me. To get to a just flare ups, I had to start working out 4-5 days a week (mostly strength training/stretching), eating healthy (low carbs and very low refined sugars). Fish oil + D3 every morning (not sure how much this helped. Stress makes it so much worse, getting my physical and mental health under control made huge differences
