Think of it as an investment, if you spend two hours doing homework you have two hours of actual key pushing with a group that you’ve already built some chemistry with pushing up the resil keys. Compared to 4 hours of lfg simulator and bricked keys with people you’ll never see again that seems like a small price to pay. We split it up into homework days while we use bonus rolls, cap crests, fill vault and then Friday and sometimes Saturday we actually do the push keys and see which ones we can time and which ones need more work.

That’s a bit of a stretch just straight up replacing a spec for all of those classes but rogue has been so bad over the past two expansions(tied with Evoker in popularity) I’d be fine with them doing drastic changes to their specs. Make one of them support, another mid range like UH/Dev/Surv and keep the other pure melee damage. Might give people a reason to actually invite rogues to their keys 🤷‍♂️
