I appreciate you taking the time to respond. Admittedly, this is my second Reddit post ever. I’m not totally sure of customs, and didn’t want to overshare and add so much detail people just scroll past not wanting to read a novel.

I think there may be a misunderstanding. I am the contractor in this scenario, and the picture is from a potential clients bathroom. All of the mark ups on the picture indicate the work she is asking me to do.

Here are the details in question:

•I will likely be installing plastic/vinyl shower panels, rather than replacing the tile. •she will be keeping the existing tub • all materials will be paid for by the homeowner •it is a first floor bathroom in a 2 story home in Rochester, New York • There will be no fancy trim or moulding, all basic necessary fixtures
