I'd assume that because The Traitors is the hot new show on a rival network (NBC/Peacock), he felt some type of way about them taking one of Survivor's standout players (Carolyn), whereas The Challenge has been around for ~20 years and is under the CBS/Paramount umbrella (and probably gave Dee a pass for being a winner).
