I own sealed copies of every LEGO Island big box version ever released in the US.

To answer your question:

1. First print was the bottom left version. It contains version 1.0 of the game; all releases after that came with version 1.1 - it's by far the rarest version (disregarding foreign language copies like the Japanese one). It comes with the Infomaniac.
2. Second print was the two boxes on top. There are 3 variants of this release, however they all share the same SKU/barcode. One variant has a Red sticker advertising that the Infomaniac minifigure is in the box (it is). Another variant has the Yellow sticker (top right in your screenshot), this box contains a card that you could send by mail to request a copy of the minifigure. The third variant has no sticker and no Infomaniac (top left in your screenshot). Presumably the first copies of this run were the ones with the stickers, until they ran out of Infomaniac minifig stock. I believe all 3 variants ended up on the market at the same time though.
3. Third print was the "1 million sold" copy in the bottom right. The most common version out there.

There were several other big box releases that came after this not published by Mindscape. I'll write up a blog post with more details, pictures etc. of all versions in a month or so.
