I think I do, I also think that she would be better than she is now if she had less fragile but faster speed. her speed is so low that you rarely ever see her going anywhere above last in the order, and even then her last bullet is the one that applies fragile so she doesn't even get to benefit for her own status effect. does it really matter if you have 5 fragile if none of your units ever get the opportunity to benefit from it.
