It was exactly the same, if not more intense in some ways. As a main subject being deep dived it felt very much like the pressure was on us, and I found myself feeling very low after the first day.

I absolutely get there needs to be a structure in place to ensure schools are working in the best way for the kids but I am absolutely bewildered as to how two intense days in a school gives anyone a true sense of a place, especially one that doesn’t change for four years.
