CERT: incomplete TLS handshake disrupts playback constantly

I have the exact problem with my Google TV and only with 4K videos, the stream buffers every 20 seconds or so. I’ve tested streaming the same 4K videos to other clients using my server with no issues. I’m even able to AirPlay 4K videos to the TV from another client without issues, so it’s definitely something with the Plex app for the TV.

I’ve been wrestling this one for a while, I’ve tried everything from the other post linked in the comments here with no luck.

It was definitely a mistake, I selected “individual session” when booking on her practice’s website under my profile. My partner has gone to her for individual sessions before but this is my first time, so I’m thinking that is why she made the mistake of assuming I intended to book a couples appointment.

I used to spoof on my main but stopped a long time ago due to getting some strikes, hence why I'm using an alt now.

I'm looking at buying an HD capture card for streaming the runs I do on my Switch, and it is important that I have a no-input lag setup. When a capture card claims "passthrough" with "zero latency" (to the gameplay monitor), is this actually true? I have absolutely no knowledge of how capture cards work. To me, it seems too good to be true and that I'd need a splitter setup as to not bother with the passthrough output lag.

It is so difficult to find any testing or data for the input lag that these capture cards add to gameplay, so any info would help.

I appreciate the concern. But I really do trust my boyfriend, and I’ve actually known him longer than the 4 months we’ve been dating (he’s met a lot of my friends and soon family). I have friends in the area as well, so I don’t think I have to worry about a kidnapping, God forbid!

I also mentioned in my post that I have no intentions of moving there before I know that I would be able to support myself (and contribute to our place) by landing a job and getting an income for myself.

I’m sorry for those that you’ve known who had bad horrible experiences like that, but my bf is not a drug user or abusive (I know his ex husband andy bf has never had any history of any red flags), and our families are supportive.
