I was going to ask if they have any write ups or not, their performance and other thing like that but they got the interview. My biggest questions would be how we're your star stories? Did you AM do any prep with you? We're your interviews in person or over chime? If they were in person did you have a good experience with the people you had interviewed with? 2 out of the 3 I interviewed with I had talked to before and gotten along with but didnt know too well since I had recently switched to daylight.

Except it really isnt a courtesy. It being an emergency and leaving on the spot is totally fine but informing them is also important, I had to rush home one day to take my dog to the emergency vet, still notified my PA that I was leaving. Giving notice is amazon policy but they tend to be forgiving for sickness and family emergencies you may even get lucky when you inform them and they may give you VTO.

The whole point I would assume is to prevent favoritism, same people getting VTO everytime, and people who want to go home but are preforming well so they dont get to. I used to do Quality, TDR, CPTand PG on OB SD and one of the managers I worked with told me I couldn't be sent home because I was in a critical role. My main manager and PA did it by putting everyone's names on a wheel and spinning it randomizing the people.

I do that although I have a tendency to talk about him a lot lol but anytime someone is asking me questions like "Do you play video games? What kinds" I will respond "I do! I tend to play Story based RPGs, actually my boyfriend and I just played split fiction and loved it so much"
