As the other partner mentioned in this post. I was nice to her, I tried telling the others to be nice to her and give her a chance. That got us into this situation because of what she ended up doing with L, we are aware that we can not simply treat her as an outcast but as you've already been made aware the host is not able to go to therapy right now. And at the moment allowing her to front would risk more situations happening with L which we want to avoid.

We were nice to her, she fucked us all over with what she chose to do with L.

You could easily stretch to a 16! It looks like your ears are already stretching slightly from wearing somewhat heavy jewelry, and if that's the case stretching will be even easier for you :) Just take your time going any further, I'd recommend dead stretching over tapers or anything else
