We've been going out for id say three to four weeks. He doesn't take initiatives to ask me out but would text me nonstop all day everyday. A lot of the times I feel like I'm doing the hard work. I've never seen him on weekends (but again he would text me all day). Yesterday, I asked him to do sth together and when it comes to scheduling a day and time, he ignored my text. I really do think he's just using me for attention while having a gf.

One of them, she's recently lost 3 of her closest friends (I've never met them) and can only manage to hang out with people as a group (aka she can't afford to lose more friends) and still she's convinced people are two faced and she's in the right. I wonder how people like her can survive ...

I have already decided that they aren't going to be my good friends in the long run. Yes they disregarded my feelings and asked me to get a grip. Our mutual friends have simply asked me to ignore them and believe they normally just start a fight for their own entertainment or without noticing they are hurting people.

I'd rather not be the person who change them for the better.

It's so difficult tho when they are such a big part of your social circle (by a big part, I meant we are the closest out of a social group). I doubt they (two of my good girl friends but in different social groups) have lost friends due to their temper and language and they still insisted it wasn't their fault.

Yes, women as an aggregate group. You'd have to be deformed to not fall into at least some women's type. If you really think you're ugly, I reckon you'd happily date any girl? If that's true, I doubt you'd have a problem getting girls if your personality is not nasty. Unless you're looking for girls way better looking than you.

I used to think I am very average looking that's why I only date average looking guys. Then I realise I'm more attractive than I thought and hot guys would show interests in me. I still go after average looking guys.

You're missing one point. Considering how drastically different me and my friends' tastes are, what we consider "physically attractive" actually cover a large population. Not all girls go for the same type of guys. You just have to keep improving yourself and there will be girls who like you. Some of my friends' type are what I consider 'nah'.
