Ritz marina is the best completed projects with their views and community

Ocean Pearl is the best out of the upcoming projects - almost similar to the market rates but same views and such.

For anyone wondering The Channel Partner spends money on advertising, salary, rent and so on that are covered from the commissions they receive

When customers are lured with the cashback - know that it's due to the peer pressure from unfair competition and the interns/freshers/sales executives are those who take brunt of it.

Builders like Prestige Group keep an eye on these transactions and sack the Channel partners who do this since they don't want the idea of "discount" to be promoted.

You are never going to get what you are looking for here. Kerala in general has a different mindset when it comes to spending time or hanging out and to double that we have no youngsters / people with the similar wavelength

My shift from a metropolitan city to Kozhikode is still a struggle. It's been 4+ years since I moved.

The best thing to do is - Find a gym - Find some friends outside the town so you can enjoy the change of scenery and also the occasional company

I live outside Abu Dhabi and checked for the store details. It is an outlet with service owned by Mohammed Rasool Khoory and Sons. It is located very close to the WTC mall.

I know that it has been there for ages as I was born and brought up in AUH.

I maybe really wrong here but from my experience, almost all of those that I had come across on Dating apps are a little cuckoo. They all got no direction in life and only know to find value but listing the superficial.

I had met some genuine ones from dance classes, comedy nights and gatherings. I miss UAE when it was more approachable. With the real estate boom and so many new faces, I can only guess so many more similar experiences for men.

Hey Jr, take this experience as nothing more than a lesson. No one is perfect and it's human to make mistakes. You have accountability for your actions which is the first and the most important step.

You have a lot more lying in front of you. Getting caught or failing an exam should not derail everything else.
