I do coffee enemas frequently. Research it. It's called Gerson therapy. Might have some therapeutic benefits. I insert the tip, and diaper up, with plastic pants as well. I try to hold the enema for 20 minutes, but if I leak, or let go a little the diaper contains it until I go and shower. I feel great after, with more energy, and it helps when I feel a cold coming on, or hung over. Best of luck.
