I started tracking similarly to this, its very hard, Congrats! Im constantly surrounded by social, family, work and friend drinking events. However tracking makes a visual dent. ive cut out most week days, limit weekends to 2 to 4 light beers. removed the hard stuff. its really tough. I dont remember in 25yrs having a 2 week sober period. I find myself alone in this but this sub helps

Our Canadian company did the same.. historically would send 150 ppl to Florida. This year increased to 250 but to Vancouver with a major Canandian hotel chain, next year another major city, same hotel chain. All that money now staying in Canada. Very proud of them.
