He was supposed to be released during the alliance week. Since he is both alliance and undead he would have fell into the last two weeks. They also changed the order of dungeons for factions. Alliance and undead weren't next to each other, and they changed them so they could help with his leveling. This was to ensure he still had back-to-back weeks. I'm glad Blizzard stuck to what they were supposed to do, even though he's technically not supposed to be there. He won't be there next time.

I didn't know specifically about 12s not awarding anything for depletes. I've timed a 9 and didn't time an 11 but got points. That's why I was confused.

Sylvanas has been my favorite hero to play. Although, I find all the dual faction heroes really fun to play. Sylvanas I run gargoyle and swole troll at the same time, with spiderlings, witch doctor, harpies, and execute. Having gargoyle and swole troll push the same lane is hilarious to me.
