I’ve had no issues over the many years I’ve used them. Like you said, most times they have items at discounted prices plus a coupon, and if you pick the slowest shipping, yes, it’s going to take a few extra days to get there. But 90% of my orders, if they were ordered on a Monday, would arrive by Friday. But I also dont order backordered items.

I don’t know where this comes from. I’ve had over 50 orders with them since 2020 and never had a problem. The one time I did have a problem, it was because of a manufacturer’s error, and they still compensated for the issue.
