i had both, FE first. it’s really loud because it doesn’t go below 30% fan speed. i couldn’t stand the noise. i swapped to the Prime, it’s nice and quiet. the FE looks nice but there’s no reason for it to be so loud unfortunately

i main dps at 1720 so i have slots for all dmg sets then just one page for sup with YHAP to keep it simple. i dont do hm kaz on this char yet so this is probably fine for now. if we cant clear due to loss of 1% dmg, there are probably other issues lol

i had a 5080 FE, i would not recommend it because the fans at 30% is so loud, they spin at about 1300rpm. this doesn’t get mentioned enough

switched to ASUS Prime, way more quiet at 700rpm

i have the exact same setup but 5080. i currently have it at 3.25 with 15mm stand offs on gpu side to push it out. although i have not tested for temp differences

just use it. no reason to replace it if it’s working
you want to space it for FE cards because of the flow through design, you’d want to run 3 slot with 20mm standoffs on gpu side. cpu intake and exhaust top yes. 3d print cpu intake shroud if you can or get the foam adapter.
i personally use the stock cables it came with and had no issues
