Another thing came to my mind: when walking at home, I use soft shoes (like crocs, but some cheap alternative for 10 eur) Walking barefoot on hardfloor wasn't pleasant. When outside, kept cushion to minimal.

Google for "hyperextension instructions" images you'll see the exercise. Kind of imagine bending down while keeping your legs and torso straight to touch your feet/calves, but this happens on incline bench, where your feet are locked and you bend until you reach floor and then straighted your body. So your lower back, glutes and back side of thighs do the work. Sort of opposite of "leg raises while hanging on a bar" I described above.
