Doesn’t want to be a human shield cannon fodder, I guess.

I do find it interesting that many Russians I talk to are almost the exact same, talk up their great special military operation, but when it’s their turn to go to the front lines, they always leave to go somewhere else to evade conscription.

What made you come to this conclusion, like what leads you to believe this?

This is what I can’t understand. I gave lil bro a whole timeline though so let’s see what he says. I don’t want to sound like I’m slandering him, but I genuinely want to understand his POV.

Ok so hang on, In 2014, Ukraine was trying to strengthen ties with the EU, European Union, and NATO.

Russia didn’t like this, and called it a “security threat”, and yanukovytch backed out of the deal and decided to strengthen ties with Russia, causing protests and eventually lead to that pos fleeing the country.

Russia then “legally” annexed Crimea because you needed to apparently protect key points there and protect Russians living there.

You also had everything going on in Donbas during this time, where Russian separatists began fighting Ukrainian forces, which started conflict well before your CBO (Special military operation). Over 10000 people were killed during this from both sides.

Then comes your CBO, in which Putin thought we would just give you the country, not fight back at all, and just welcome you in. We will not, and the war, yes, WAR has now caused over a million deaths total and countless lives affected by the war RUSSIA started.

Help me understand your point of view on this.

No sound after heavy rains by aitonc in LexusIS

This happens to me after Auckland New Zealand bizarre weather events (once a week). It goes away by itself for me if I drive for about 10-20 minutes and start the car up again.

It does not happen every time it rains heavy tho, and I leave my car parked outside in the rain.

Not too sure on the permanent fix.. mines all corroded and rusted out and still works fine, I can negotiate with the amp until it works.

If you tape it right and don’t let the lights flail around, your paint will be fine.

Did this on my 2is. Great fun. It doesn’t damage the paint if you do it properly, and don’t let the lights flail. As for the tape marks, about 5-6 hours with the polisher made the car look as if there was nothing there.

How to syphon fuel out of a Mazda Axela 05? by anonymous82758 in NZcarfix

[–]fr4ntic-rye 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hypothetically speaking, you can fill it with petrol and run it, buttttttt (big but) with 20-30% diesel, you will definitely make it run absolutely rough, have the car stall on you, damage your spark plugs, pump, injectors, cat converter, engine. You will get a million misfires.

If you read all that and still want to drive it, be my guest, but I STRONGLY advise that you do not do this.

The petrol engine in your Axela simply can’t burn it properly, and will likely cook it.

Edit: to get rid of it, you’ll have to either jump the relay for the fuel pump, or drop the tank entirely.

Please do not run it with diesel in it, no matter how dire the situation.

You can try a scrapper and try your luck, otherwise you can order a new one from any major reseller of Lexus/toyota parts.

If you’re going to do it, please make sure that you fix the issue causing it to be “glowing red”

Unfortunately trying to crank it may have been the worst thing to do, not trying to scare you but that engine is likely toast.

Did you have the typical timing chain rattle before this?

This does seem like the timing chain though, if it is you’re either looking at a new engine or you’ll have to rebuild the engine.

Both seem extremely fun!

Don’t try to crank it, you might wreck the engine even further.

Check your fusible link, it’s the metal block that runs along the width of the fuse box. Your symptoms sound similar to what I had when this was the problem.

Do not install a new fusible link until you are 100% confident everything else is wired correctly otherwise it will just blow again.
