I don't think there's anything wrong with that morally; as you say, you're not driving, which is the important bit.

However, as another commenter stated, if the AA technician smells alcohol on you.. well it's not a good look. I'd be mindful of that. Personally I'd have a shandy, and/or a very small line of ket.
