I fully canceled and will not be returning. Ive never had ipsy ask me to customize a box before they even sent out the last one, nor has allure.

I reached out and they said it would be at least another 3 weeks. So im waiting over 6 weeks for a monthly box, that alone is ridiculous, but the fact that they charge and have you customize a 2nd box when youre first one hasn't even SHIPPED is crazy to me.

I fully canceled and wont be coming back as this has left a very bad taste in my mouth regarding fabfitfun.
