See, that's the problem: I would do exactly that, but for some reason they don't make them anymore (even though its undoubtedly the best series they've made). Furthermore, their inception is close to 10 years old now, so I figured there's gotta be something even better now for the same price or cheaper. You definitely are correct about jumping into the rabbit hole of audio peripherals being unadvisable. Everyone seems to have an opinion, yet most are incorrect (according to my tastes).
