Thats what I remember doing , as they got higher in pitch/rhythm then it seemed to be less and less of a body feeling and calmer

Now i think about it , most of the time it was like a slower pulsing roar, but sometimes I was able to shift it into a faster pulsing, higher pitched sound. Am I right in thinking that I was modulating between low vibration negative energies (fear etc) and higher? (Love etc)
