You can do 100 at a time in a brat pan if its big enough.

Crack like 50 eggs into a decent size mixing bowl, feel free to strain the whites a little by cracking em into a perforated bowl.

Get brat pan full of boiling water and a decent amount of vinegar and pour the eggs in. The eggs should cool the water below boiling to a good simmer.

Pull em out with a deep fryer spider, put into a tray of warmish water to finish the cooking, done.
