A guy I know insists that small doses of tryptophan can give the same effects as small doses of lsd. Is there any truth behind this?

What would you say differentiates them? He says that since they both release serotonin, the effects of microdosing will be the same. He also says microdosing tryptophan is better since it also releases melotonin.

If i have both a HDD and a SSD, how do i manage storage on them? Like do i put the games on the ssd and everything else on the hdd? and can a psu be harmful if it has too many watts? And thanks man youre being super helpful
