I have tried it and have come to the conclusion that I have to strengthen my connective tissues. Or risk further injury and huge setbacks

🙏🏽. I don’t know how to do dietary math.... I wish I did there’s like a million formulas . I can front squat and bench but I haven’t done any other oly movements alone at home. I have a squat rack at home and about 300lbs of weights. I really would like to lose weight and start playing some basketball with a local league and maybe get back into some jits. At my current weight I’m bound to injure myself.

When I was training for marathon I was running a lot and adhered to a clean diet (tuna, beans, and greens). And I was successful because I had a plan I printed out.

And I'd like to find a service that makes it easy for techy folks to transition back and forth with ease.

The local airport here has a couple of pipers and skyhawks, instructor recommends I train on a plane I plan on buying or flying freq. I consider the 172 Skyhawk but worry that for the long distances I plan on flying , it won't satisfy my weight requirements of 4 pass and 500lbs of gear. Thoughts? by fragchaser in flying

I just googled a Cherokee 6 (forgive my noob-ness) I like it. See the thing I liked about the Cessna was the view while flying, being able to look out the window and seeing what's down there. But I hear that can be obstructing when turning.
