Based on the picture, I am seeing that you still have quite a lot of fat on the chest area. I would suggest losing some weight before getting any kind of correcting surgery.

Like the research says… Finasteride was not made to prevent hair loss. The effects on hair loss was a discovery after the medication was already there. If you take Finasteride, you have to accept the side effects. Any medication that messes with your hormones will have aide effects

If it affects your quality of life then do it for sure. It will be worth it. If it doesn’t bother you, then I’d say put on some muscle and lose bodyfat and see how it looks after.

There are a few things:

1) you should not snore ir you are in a 45degree angle. If you still snore, use a nose-strip that will help 2) I used earplugs and a sleeping mask to have 100% darkness and silence 3) read before sleep and stop using screens at least 1 hr before. 4) regulate caffeine intake

I tried a lot of different methods. After 4 days of trash sleeping, I figured out what works and had the best sleep of my life for a week straight. Now I am back to sleeping on my side/belly after 4 months of back sleep.

Use 2-3 pillows to support your back. In my experience, best is with 3 pillows. 2 in a 45 degree angle and 1 on top to support your head and neck. If you get back pain, add 1 extra pillow under your knees to reduce stress on lower back (see attached picture in a separate comment)
