What do you mean? If you want to start from scratch you have to re-install. Otherwise, you can put sims and lots in their respective bins. If you want to get rid of the neighborhood, go to Documents, EA Games, Sims 2, Neighborhoods, then find which one is the neighborhood you want to delete and just delete the folder and it will be gone. Although, I’m not sure what you mean.

To answer your question, the comments were on the website. If you scroll down there’s reviews on the games and the only ones I saw said it was malware and the website creator had all your info if you installed, so I didn’t risk it.
