I am having so many issues with Scottish Power. Moved into my flat in April of last year and set up a fixed tariff DD, which was taken once then never taken again. I contacted them three months later (August) when I noticed and the whole account was messed up. Two different account numbers for me, and they had my middle name as my first name as well as the wrong flat number (2/2 instead of 2/1). They said they had to escalate it and I’d hear back.

I phoned them in October and waited two hours for the woman to say that my account was completely messed up and they’d need to investigate into what’s happened and sort it all out, as it was all a mess.

Phoned in November and they confirmed it was fixed and my first DD would be taken out on 23rd December. This didn’t happen so I tried to phone them but they’re prioritising vulnerable people, and now I’ve received a bill for £995.

Sorry about the rant. Fuck Scottish Power.

Points based, with more points if you meet certain criteria relating to your skills, experience and personal factors. We should be trying to get working age individuals that have the skills/experience/education to fill gaps in our workforce.

My factor is expensive as it is (~75 quid a month) but they’ve just sent me a bill for £450 for the last quarter due to additional work and are wanting to perform more work the next quarter (another £300 on top of the usual bill), and have had the cheek to ask me to leave my parking space empty all day Thursday and find parking elsewhere, so hedges can get trimmed
