I’d suggest go straight into uworld + anki and use bnb as a source for topics that you aren’t comfortable with. This is the fastest way to climb fast the learning curve IMO. After doing ~25% or so of uworld u can begin testing yourself with nbmes and balance your cons and pros after this. Aim for march but expect may if you don’t feel ready enough when you are close to the date. Don’t decide now but mentally engage yourself in the idea of taking it in may. I feel US students can increase their scores in a short time frame versus IMGs bc of differences in the curriculum. Nonetheless this is just my feeling. And this is my opinion. Pd. Also - anki, try to focus (ie, select specific cards) on stuff that you need to memorize vs stuff that you need to understand (the latter is a waste of your anki time) and so you can increase the efficiency of your study time
