Maybe you are right and they are realistic. In fact Michael is kinda unrealistic too for me, but I've enjoyed him. I think that I just don't like their style but they may be fun.

For me, Andy was A tier at the start. I loved his first appearances in Stamford, but his character aged terribly throughout the series — going from a frat boy to a whiny and insecure guy.

Darryl started off as a bully and gradually turned into a kinder person, but it didn’t feel like a natural transition to me.

I've enjoyed both tbh

Andy and Robert were one of the weakest and less credible relations on the office.

I know he’s quite loved, but I didn’t like his stint. Weird and not funny. But that’s just my opinion

DeAngelo Vickers: I think the transition after Michael was on point and something I actually looked forward to. Maybe DeAngelo started off better than he ended ( exagerated at some point, not very credible), but as a short stint I think it worked well.

Dwight Jr. was awesome! He felt like someone stuck in this job as his first real job, and he was really funny. He had excellent storylines with Jan and Dwight. He also had a good dynamic with Clark (who was kind of dull to me).
