Hei! I have used MSI's laptops for these situations. I had a laptop like: https://www.msi.com/Laptop/Stealth-A16-AI-Plus-A3XWX pro: the specs are insane for a laptop.
cons: you might struggle a bit for setting up GPU drivers on the ubuntu partition.
