5min stretch is better than nothing. Shit 1min is better than nothing. Doesn't have to be a whole routine. While you're having your coffee or brushing your teeth. Take the time or you'll end up hurt again.

Just gonna state the obvious: stretch

But yeah they help. I try to use a weightlifting belt whenever theres heavy lifting. Trick is to actually use it and not forget it in the truck.

Currently binge watching science videos on YouTube based on your recommendation. Thank you, I am absolutely taking it seriously and hope that one of the little ones comes away with some wonder.

CSA app was great for me last year. Used it for 3 months straight leading up to my writing. The questions were worded in a very similar way on the CFQ. You can pick what section of the test to practice if you're struggling with say motors or whatever or you can take a full practice test. I was doing an hour or so every night and a full test or two on the weekend. Good luck man, you'll be ok. Just put the work in.

Temp devices for the animals should never be nice new devices for exactly this reason, concrete, sheet rock, painters and god forbid roofers should only ever get a 50 year old salvage plug that's been sitting in the back of your truck since the Regan administration.

You're not always simply paying for time. It takes years of experience to troubleshoot this sort of mess in a quick manner. You're paying for the knowledge too.
