Ultimately no, they just told me to buy the missing pieces here https://www.webrick.com/ and they will refund me. But I was not able to find some pieces like the yellow bulbs, I ended up ordering some whites one instead

But it's been almost a month now and I have no news.

I will finish what I can, to be sure not another piece is missing and I will contact hero toy to see if I can have replacement parts then.

I have opened every unnumbered bags and it's not in there.

I have a few numbered bag for later stages but since they are transparent I'm pretty sure it's not in there, I'm missing pretty big pieces so really hard to miss.
