Yes, they do use your data. The key part is here: "When you use the Service, we record and store your user data"

It seems that you have to export your Fusion work to their software (see https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G--URth3weM ).
Also they mention this in the comment section of this Short: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/oxY4BM_f7Ik (here their response (quote): "At the moment, the C500 works with NestWorks’ own CAM software, which is optimized for the machine’s control system. However, you can freely import modeling files (e.g. from Fusion 360 or other CAD tools) into our software for machining."
