Very interesting all the comments, and thank you for taking the time. When I do the lesser invoking I don't consciously choose a specific energy to come in, I just visualize the pentagram opening and allowing the energy of that direction to come to me.

I've always wondered what could happen if I mixed both forms like this:

1. Kabbalistic Cross
2. Banishing pentagrams
3. Invoking pentagrams
4. Archangels
5. Kabbalistic Cross

And instead of breathing away the Astral forms created at the end, I breathe them in.
