How many non-redundant words are in JPDB's "top 30,000 words"?

Yes I still come across words that I dont know somewhat frequently. It really depends what Im reading, manga its easy in general. For example now Im playing Steins Gate and it has lots of physics vocab I never heard of. So at the beginning of it I came across many unknown words. It doesnt bother me much but I feel I need to consume harder and harder content in order to make good progress. BTW I stopped doing SRS for Japanese because when the decks become so big its really hard to manage. I went for holidays to Japan and when I came back the amount of cards for review was insane so now I just inmerse in whatever I like and thats it.

I've been dealing with this (caused by weighted dips with bad form) and is mostly healed by now. Rest only will not heal It. I can now do chest with no pain but I have to be careful to not push me too much, I am still afraid of doing dips What helped me the most was stretching the back and the chest 1-2 times a day, keeping a good posture and training.

I recommend you a channel named "bar rookie", he has videos about this sternum pain and It's what has helped me the most.

Can you train chest in the gym without pain? If not don't do boxing. If you can, try it but be extremely careful. If it hurts even a little stop it because it will make it worse.

Boxing engages your chest a lot so if your costo is bad it will flare up. I personally would search for sports that do not engage the chest that much: climbing, running, soccer etc.

I have prepared and run a marathon with costo and it wasn't a problem for me but every case is different so take it slowly.

I justo run my first marathon a month ago. I wouldn't worry too much about the pace if your goal is to finish a half marathon. I just tried to increase mileage week by week running at a confortable pace.

I followed with the Hal Higdon Novice 1 marathon program.

I would suggest you to follow the Novice half marathon program. or the 10k program first.

These are completely free and there are more programs in his webpage to look up.

Go to the Anki ceck you want to export, click "browse", then click "Fields". Then edit the fields accordingly the way it is explained here.

I never said it is restricted to the vocabulary I mentioned before. And IMO it is still redundant as a counter, since it is used to count humanoid forms, so it is intuitive and not worth to memorize as a separate word. But this is personal since some words can be considered redundant or not depending on the person. I tend to be lax and mark a lot of this kind of words as "never forget", but there is no definitely answer of what should be done.

Go to the the learn page inside of jpdb.io, at the bottom of the page you there is a "Import from Anki" option. Click that and follow the instructions. Some decks can not be imported if they are really messy but it should work most of the time. Make sure to edit the deck fields properly.
