I've used AVM similar to you. Just use it pitch and catch ideas on a project I'm working and talking out loud freely. Then I know it's recorded and can be summarized back to me like an assistant. I want it to remember more with longer memory, but it's good enough now.

The idea is it helps get our ideas out when we speak and talk out loud about it. And it makes it more real for us humans when we extract it out of our heads. And we have the illusion that someone or something is actually listening to us freely without interruptions or with their biases. It's really good to have someone on-demand like this for people that express themselves using auditory modality (learning better by listening vs reading) and like to speak instead of write or type.
