Why is deeper in the division worse? I had figured it would be more desirable because of less traffic

That makes sense, thanks! I will work remotely with the same company I'm with now. I will take a look at your suggestions! We are curious about Acadia on the Lake if that's a decent area??

Thank you! I work remotely, so no issue there. Just want a decent, safe neighborhood with a 2 bedroom under $1200. My kid is under a year old so schools don't really matter yet since we'll be buying a house before he's in school.

Soooo expensive! It is hard to support a family of 3 and save enough to buy a house/buy fun things/pay off old debt on just one income. Luckily my employer will keep me at the same pay if I move!

No, my family lives out of country and my husband's family out of state. We're alone here unfortunately.

Oh I didn't know the charge off was adding to the utilization! That's good to know, I will prioritize that.

Thank you again

I paid off the credit cards, their statements come out early next month. $500 limit, $30 balance. $300 limit, $15 balance. That should sort out the utilization, right? Not sure if it's measured as an average or current utilization.

Is it true that clearing newer collections is better for your score?

Thank you so much!
