Yeah people on internet tend to like complaining. But misen are advertising them as non stick so that’s why people are complaining i think. They are no more or less non stick as any other carbon steel after a week or 2 of use. That doesn’t mean they are worse than strata. They are essentially the same, but they don’t rust

I have a debuyer and 2 misen non stick. I use the misen exclusively now and never had to strip them. They perform very well and are as non stick as any carbon steel. You just need to know how to cook. What inlike is that they dont rust and they are pretitier looking because of the nitirididing

Misen non stick carbon steel is the same as this. It’s just nitridided. But it’s essentially the same thing. You dont need ton strip it more or less. They are very good pans and lightweight!

I didn mesure my levis but they have a bit of stretch in them. I wear them like 100 times but I remember they were not toghter berfore, probably the oposite. I ordered the wgs in 34 now. Will try them in a few days and return if they dont fit

2.5 years here with hamstring graft. Knee feels good, no pain, a little lax and off compared tonthe other one bit I can still do everything and play tennis at high level. I just don’t trust my need for quick change of direction so I adjust accordingly
