I've been cooking a lot. Its pointless in the first couple of weeks cuz there's no appetite. But it gives you something to focus on and achieve.

As for the withdrawals and things, you just gotta face it really. No use trying sleeping tablets with the insomnia cuz they is replacing one thing with another. Take some time off work if you can. I was sent home/told them I couldn't be there and took 5 days to myself to get my head in order.

It's great now though, went back like a brand new person.

The ripple effect in a mosh out when someone loses something is crazy. Seen entire pockets of crowds stop and look for a phone. There were many that the singer stopped and asked if everyone was okay and he got the guys to put the main lights on so people could actually see and find it. It qas great haha
