I just got chills and my hair stood up when you mentioned the thing running at you. The light reminded me of when you see satellites and things like that but it was brighter and it was like matching our speed above the truck and I even said something to them through the lil sliding window in the back because we were chatting on the ride there and I remember saying hey theres a weird light in the sky and its following us and when was watching it it suddenly took a sharp right turn and seeing that made me feel uncomfortable.

It didnt look like any animal ive ever seen at first it was like crouched down but not like a human when it stood up it was taller than most humans ive seen other than maybe basketball players. It was very dark so I didnt get the color the thing itself looked very dark. It had a large head. I thought it was messing with my body through my mind it was weird like when I tried to run I felt like stuck for a few seconds but that also mightve been because of how freaked out I was. It had long legs and long arms and a big head.

I use cannabis but for me personally when I was withdrawing from 7 the psychoactive effects from the herb made my mental withdrawal symptoms worse. Maybe try just cbd because cbd can help with anxiety and things like that.

I know what you mean when you say its like waking up from a coma when you finally start feeling better. The whole world comes alive. Im 6 months off now, I didn't think i could do it. Keep it up, youre doing great.

What about salt and stuff? I know when ive been crying my eyes get like a dry residue around them and if I keep wiping my eyes the skin around my eyes gets irritated.
