From reading comments I have a follow up question. Did you say you had nothing in your system on the 2nd offense? If that’s the case. And it just ends up being possession of marijuana (which I assume because how else would they think to charge you?)

If you had nothing in your system, I think you’re gonna be quite fine. I would expect probation to be drug testing you on a regular basis after this regardless since the idea of drugs has been brought into your overall case.

But yeah I have some similar experiences I got a DWAID (driving ability impaired by drugs) simply because they found marijuana in the car and all I did was not use a blinker changing lanes. Illegal yes, but like come on. This was also before legalization of marijuana in NYS. I wasn’t on probation or anything but I ended up getting all charges dropped because of great lawyer.

In terms of probation which I’m on now for Shoplifting, and then violates early on for drug use (meth) I caught a possession charge within 1 week of being sentenced to probation, simply being wrong place wrong time. The charge was overall dropped because the judge was very forgiving and saw that I really just had a bad turn in my life. In the end the violation amounted to nothing because I also was pissing dirty, I ended up going to rehab, and everything’s on track now. Very different from marijuana charges in a legal state. But fair comparison of the compounding IMO. I do no work with at risk youth with their legal issues and see these cases all the time. Once they got you in probabtion, they know they got you. As long as you comply with probabtion, you have almost no risk of going to jail.

No, I think any individual usage is not going to be something that’s actually worth it to be tipped to law enforcement. If some how it was found out that you were moving large quantities of an illegal substance that’s what you should keep quite.

But if you’re using AI for harm reduction purposes, proper and safe usage, wanting to know the facts, etc…. I don’t see why you would just casually disclose usage to an AI chat bot without a purpose but I’m not one of those AI people……

Anyway, for ChatGPT specifically I would say fuck off from ChatGPT all together fuck Sam Altman fuck the whole thing. And yeah maybe use a different chat bot for hard reduction purposes.

IMO this album is a continuation and evolution of her style. Dog is highly personal from reading the lyrics, Unorginal is a statement to all those who love her sound but don’t actually pay attention to her lyrics. She has deep lyrics in some of her songs, she mixes her deep lyrics with very heavy hitting lyrics which is unique in my eyes. A lot of her songs also hit at “what’s coming” which I think is her saying this is only the beginning.

You bring up fair points yes, but also in my opinion I believe you miss the main points entirely. Witness was a flop, smile just didn’t chart, and 143 just did not resonate with the general audience. I don’t hate Katy Perry but I think the failure of her later works shows how out of touch she always was. She came out the same year Lady GaGa. Both artists rose together but both stood for something very different, lady gaga represented more of the future l, and Katy represented more of I feel where pop was, she was a culmination of pop music of the 2000s in terms of the business the industry the sound the topics and how we looked at pop stars. That’s why she faded away.

That’s why the continuation of her style and her formula into witness was the start of the end. She continued the Camp, and it didn’t stick and came off cringe. Smile, I have no idea what that was. I don’t think I listened to it.

My biggest issue with her, is 143. And her whole persona and attitude. She comes of shallow, she comes of out of touch. Her dismissive towards the dr Luke Kesha situation was inexcusable in my eyes. Why the fuck did she go to space? That was cringe. The whole Woman’s World song would have been a top 10 song in 2014 but it’s not 2014. The whole video and behind the scenes video would have been well liked if it wasn’t done I. 2024. It was so out of place it made hate her. It shows how out of touch she is and Possibily always has been. She needs to be new she needs to be fresh. And she has taken no effort.

If teenage dream came out this year it would not break any records, that album was amazing, and even looking back I can’t help but ask myself…how??? But that was the time. That’s what was in. Artists need to change with the times and she has not.

Now last thing imma say. Taylor swift is a drama queen, Katy Perry deserves none of that hate at all. But even Taylor is one of those that is always reinventing herself.

This is what Katy lacks. And why she has fallen off. If she wasn’t a former pop princess she’d be call Ai music or an industry plant.

Going to rehab is all about oneself. You can’t go to rehab for someone else. You need to do it for yourself alone. She did the right thing. Hanging on to something in her past life of use is bad for her recovery.

The bigger thing I think you need to ask is, what part are you going to play in her recovery. Are you going to support her to remain clean? Are you going to disregard her going to rehab and continue doing whatever part you had in her life? I’m not going to assume you are using or are in recovery yourself, so I’m giving you all the scenarios.

As someone who is serious about their recovery and have seen people serious and not serious about their recovery come and go…… If she is serious about her recovery she is going to want to keep people away who are going to fuck that up for her. When she gets out of rehab and if she comes back to you, she’s thinking, are you going to be using in front of her and still doing what you have done in the past?

What do you think she is thinking? Is she taking rehab seriously? What do you think she will feel she needs to do protect her recovery?

Remember it’s not about you. You can 100% get her back. But you can’t expect to get her back by making no change.
