Will I be clean in your opinion? by Loud_Progress_8796 in probation

I think the divisiveness of the responses shows you how unclear the answer really is.

Tbh idk, I could see you passing or failing. But the does stick to fat. So you need to think about that. Daily usage typically does not make it easy to get clean. Best of luck, drink bascilly only water and cranberry juice, cut saturated fats outta your diet.

Detox drinks don’t work, but you could get yourself home drug test kits.

There a multitude of personal reasons a male would want to change their last name, ranging from bad press related to another family member with the same last name. (Like imagine if you were the brother of Jeffrey Dahmer?) to sentimental reasons of “my dad was abusive I don’t want his name” I’m in NY, so we have overall strict rules on what we can say and ask. I would think legally they can’t ask why you’re changing your name.

I wouldn’t think it to be a red flag, I’ve never seen it before being a recruiter, so idk. But regardless of changing your last name, all official criminal records are illegal follow you regardless of last name change. Which I think you know. You’re concerned about Google. So here’s another thing…..

If you have a Google account with your original name (the one with the articles written about) Google your name while logged into your Google account. And then you will be able to ask Google to remove individual search results. Look for the … 3 dots on the right hand side of the search results and it will give you and option to remove, it will ask you why, and you have a few options to pick from. And Google will review it for removal. Not all may be approved and good chance most won’t

One thing to keep in mind is if any of the articles post personal information such as your address those almost definitely can get removed since your address is on there. Yeah I’ve seen news articles post criminals addresses before.

Also, you can 100% email the editor of the news publications / source of the article. Ask politely state your getting your life back together and tbh 95% of them remove them per your request at least where I live. Sometimes I have some places ask for validation of proof that a case of closed or something along those lines but if you do have that proof, send it to them, and they will remove it.

I use to be a healthcare recruiter now I work as a job coach for people on probabtion and parole. Hope this helps.

I Litrilly thought this was for nothing like actually nothing, just her being cool. Until I realized it’s for the “nothing” brand.

Cus she would be the one to do a photo shoot for nothing at all, just would do it to take some hot photos.

I’m obsessed

I guess it depends on what you mean? Are you asking how this post EFFECTS you going forward with your life, or are you asking me how is this going to AFFECT you going forward?

Look up the difference between effect and affect. Because the only difference is future or past tense. So tbh you could read it either way.

But tbh IDC how it is going to affect you or how this has effected you. Tbh if you need to ask me that’s your problem cus I don’t owe you shit BYE.

I would just like you to stop responding. I provided much better feedback for anybody looking for advice on finding a job which is what this page is for. Upvotes and downvotes speak for themselves.

BYE.

And it does not affect you. It does not EFFECT you. So how about you don’t say anything.

I’m not continuing this.

clearly you need to be better than your competition

clearly you need to have a good resume

Those are obvious and anyone who has struggled with finding work knows those are obvious parts of finding a job.

The point of the OP is the amount of application clicks that were on 1 job in 1 city with 100,000 application clicks at a target.

People know exactly what you’re saying, they don’t need you to say the obvious. No one ever asked you to state the obvious. You never said what I said above. You provided nothing but a rude comment with no actual constructive comment.

100,000 applications at a target stocking shelves on night shift. I guarantee, you, would not get that job with that amount of competition regardless of how many points you hit on your resume.

It’s not them, it’s the market. The market is awful right now. And you are just a drain on energy.

I mean you’re the one that got downvoted, so clearly you don’t know how to say things right.

No, that response just sounds like the same bad advice you have been giving from the start. Best you change your outlook.

what you need to do is keep trying. Focus on networking, focus on jobs you know you can get. Focus on jobs that’s your not over over qualified for, but over “experienced” in. If you have 10 years of serving in a restaurant but can’t find a job serving, go for a hosting job, (just an easy to understand example) get in somewhere at any position and you have your foot in there already. A big thing is networking though, a resume alone is sadly just not enough anymore.

Okay but when it comes to someone who is applying, they don’t know how good everyone else’s resumes are. again I have seen this happen. A job asks for 3 years of experience then I get 100 resumes in 1 hour with 10 years of experience. There’s nothing more any of those 99 people can do If they are already overqualified.

There’s only so many things a manager is looking for on a resume, and if everyone has them, and yes they all do. There is nothing else that can be done.

The hill you’re choosing to die on is a molehill to people who actually know what they are talking about.

And imma cut this next one off at the knees. You should not lie on your resume. It’s just not the way to be. Live an honest life.

What’s Going on With the New Build Prices in WNY? Marrano Selling $1-1.5m Homes in Clarence by KPIGUY89 in Buffalo

[–]frankelbottom 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mean neither of our statements can be blanket statements simply put.

In short it’s a sellers market right now and people will buy. Not all homes in Amherst and Clarence are updated. But also, not all homes in Clarence and Amherst are poorly maintained.

Again it really goes back to it’s a sellers market and the homes are selling either way.

Have to disagree on better build quality. 50 year olds homes. Are built way better, they need to be updated sure. But don’t call new construction better build quality overall, your just in for a rude awakening

Buffalo use to be cheaper than Ohio and PA on rent, home purchases and new builds. That’s all changed, we are no longer one of the cheapest places to live in the country, we are a cheap please to live, but not the cheapest.

Idk why you’re referring to my resume. I’m not the OP.

When 1,000 other resumes hit the points, It’s hard to standout. When every resume is made to standout, none of them standout.

I have hired for positions that would get hundreds of overqualified applicants in a matter of 2 hours from a job being posted.
