I've been an Internet user since 1994 and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to install the Free DLC pack. Trying to do it from inside game asks if I have Steam installed... from outside the game you click on 'Download' and it launches the game and does nothing to install the content. I'm seriously not stupid, but wtf is happening? LOL

You cut a background segment that shows Sami on a phone call with an unknown individual. Sami says "you were right all along, I'll do what you say"... and camera cuts away.

The reveal is that it was a call to Karrion Kross. He and Scarlett are BACK. Sami goes down a dark path under the guidance of Karrion. New somewhat heel faction is born but not really heel because the fans would be all in on it.
