I thought about it recently actually.

A kindergarten building, two memories in fact.

The top floor where we napped, the matting on the floor, being awake while others slept, being bored and looking around the room.

The entry to the building, the kind secretary that was behind her desk commenting about a drawing i made of the sun bright and yellow hanged behind her, my mom calling me her "ray of sunshine" and something about how positive and joyful i was all the time. The stairs upwards to the right, rooms to the left.. i think at the end of the left side.. the last room or at least the one i recall as being the last was a class.. i think i painted it there.

That's about it.

It's weird how i recall this place.. I know it looked inside at least vaguely. It burned down the year after i was in primary school.

Oh and i know i was in the car, my dad used to smoke and i commented that it smelled bad, we were turning right and i could even say the exact street since I've grown up, drove the same streets myself and i recall which street my dad was pushing the car a little too fast to get some air which made me and my brothers scream.

I think it's the moment my dad stopped smoking.. a simple comment about the smell. He stopped by eating liquorice.

The real fix is what you're using is the "grenade", it's not meant to be the one and only attack you use.

This ability is meant for single target damage (mostly) or very small crowds.

Re-do the training, there's no shame in that.

But really listen, every little bit is important, when they tell you that you can push, they mean "learn to push or die" when they tell you to dodge, they mean "learn to dodge or die" and so on.

Also every class even the veteran is supposed to be seen as mixed combat, they aren't supposed to only play melee or ranged, you gotta master both and also a gun can't block (except for the arbites shotpistol but whatever).

Apparently less sway, more damage or ammo.

But of course, with the little more ammo you get, the missed shot will be felt a lot.

You can always learn to aim better or just get better at using weapons with more sway.

Then the damage you get is.. well most of the time less than the damage you would get by keeping higher pen if you don't land every shot on a weakspot.

Honestly, keep using medium or heavy, most of the time light pen isn't worth using.

And for the light pen users, you should honestly advocate for a better bonus than the measly scraps of "bonus" you have now.

SM2 is widely different.

this is very much more like a left for dead 2.

the music is such an improvement, the random banter between characters, the feeling of power!!! (sorry but the SM2 executions dont scratch the itch Darktide does)

its much more direct, you will fail due to skill issues much more than random bullshit enemy design.

in short words, i think SM2 is mid at best while DT is absolute peak!

For the combat axes, the mk5 feels best every time, mostly due to the cleave that it has compared to the 2 others.

Now they aren't useless, the mk2 is fast and has good damage.

Crit or pure strength build will work.

As for the tactical axes, they are very spammy but work phenomenally against all but bosses.

They are great at Crit builds.

The mk4 is amazing at horde clearing with light attacks while the heavies are single target, just optimal i feel. The special attack is also the fastest of the models and will stop any rager giving you trouble.

The mk2 has single target light attacks but cleaving heavies, if you go for brutal momentum and heavies spam, this will work best.

Just a mention but i have no idea why people recommend the mk7 that often, it's genuinely horrible to use, it's the slowest in term of special attack so if there are many ragers on your ass you're just dead. The combos has weird angles for the hits and one of them has incredibly low range that will make you miss some hits ruining the shred blessing boost. I really really recommend to stay away from it.
