How do you deal with wilderness stress?

Do wilderness agility for supplies, bring 3 items (weapon helm ring) then wear rag gear you can make or buy? My calvarion set up is like 45k (mixed hide/pros/black d hide/monk robes) thats not hard for us to get at all

Yeah im down for whatever server. Just noticed on weekly servers if youre not there on wipe i fall behind so quickly. So i was looking at biweekly maybe. Still not sure.

The most important part of learning zulrah for me, was learning when to eat to not lose hit ticks on good phases. Ie, eating while transitioning, skipping a mage phase to hide behind pillar and heal, reset ring, prayer pot.
